Ethan Seay was inspired to help his community and people who have had difficult upbringings by his own life experiences. When he was 11 years old, Ethan moved from his hometown in Virginia Beach, Virginia, to Fayetteville, North Carolina, where he lived for seven years. During that time, he experienced poverty and gang violence, and has since wanted to use his knowledge and skills to help others get a better start. Ethan’s experiences have instilled in him strong-mindedness and a passion for achieving long-term impact through growth and accountability. Ethan is focused on improving communities at all levels, creating opportunities for their members to get ahead, and fostering lasting success through the NLS Foundation, representing a new generation of young leaders dedicated to inspiring others to develop their own leadership and collaboration skills to turn ideas into real-world impact.
